Breathtaking Blue lakes, en route to the home of Italian ice cream makers.....
Another fantastic couple of days in Italy. On route to Pieve di Cadore, we stopped by this awesome Blue lake - it was blooming chilly and yet irresistible, we had to take a dip!
Arriving in Pieve di Cardore, the home of Italian ice cream makers..... it would be rude not to sample several of their marvelous ice cream flavours and they did not disappoint - 100% worth a trip and a big thank you to Gelateria alla Fontana, the MOST delicious ice cream yet.
The van park-up here has full van services and is a short walk up the steep hill, from the town - where you will find everything you need for your stay.
