We shall always use the best method for delivering your treasures to you and get them to you safely, as quickly as possible.
Our location at the time of purchase, is a contributing factor.
When we recieve your order, we sit down and write you a handwritten thank you note and lovingly gift wrap your piece and then package it up safetly for its journey to you. We then set off to the nearest Post Office or parcel drop off shop, to where we are parked, or can access and away it goes!
Gift wrap is by hand and included as standard.
Any special requests or made to order pieces, will naturally take longer. Once the order is with us, it will be added to our makes list and is made in the order they are received. It usually takes a few days to a week to make and dispatch a piece, depending on the amount of work that goes into it. In busy times and rare occasions where we need to source something for your order, this can take up to two weeks, but never longer than that.
